Your name, email and anything you write when you book a call through TidyCal.

Payment details when you buy a session (I never see your full card number).

Your answers to the Career Crossroads Quiz (and your email, if you ask to receive your results).

What you share in emails and coaching sessions, including my session notes.

Basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, collected by the website host.

If you share health information in coaching, such as stress or burnout, I only record it with your explicit consent.

I use your data to schedule and deliver coaching, take payment, reply to messages, keep the website running and meet my tax obligations. Anonymised quiz answers help me improve my coaching. I do this to fulfil our agreement, to meet legal obligations, because I have a legitimate interest in running my business, or with your consent. I never sell your data.

Only the tools that help me run my business: Lovable (website), TidyCal (booking), Stripe (payment provider), and my accountant. Some are based outside the EU; in that case your data is protected by standard EU safeguards.

Invoices for 7 years, as tax law requires. Coaching notes for up to 2 years after our last session. Everything else only as long as I need it.
